Scale
All our dolls' houses, furniture and accessories are made to 1:12 scale (1 inch = 1 foot).
Ordering information
To make a purchase from our web shop, just browse our web shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy. Select the quantity and put them into the shopping basket. If you change your mind, you can click on Shopping cart edit basket in top right of screen and change or delete items.
When you proceed to checkout you will be asked for a few details, so we can satisfy the order.
Since we are a small artisan business and many of our products are hand made, please allow 14 days for your items to be delivered. 14 days is a guide time, on receipt of your order we will send an email acknowledgement with confirmation of the approximate delivery time. Factory made items will be despatched next day or as soon as payment is cleared. All items shown on the site are subject to availability and are subject to withdrawal without prior notice. If an item cannot be supplied or you are unhappy with the delivery time if greater than stated above then a refund and cancellation will be accepted.

Payment
If you are within the UK, you can send us a cheque or postal order or use your credit card with the secure payment method of PayPal, whether you have a PayPal account or not. You do not need to have a PayPal account yourself. If ordering Internationally, you can do so by using a credit or debit card listed below with PayPal, via a bank cheque, by using a cheque from a UK bank account you may have or by using a Western Union Money Transfer. We cannot accept credit card payments directly.Alternatively you can phone 01293 416617 or email us at beeinspirational@blueyonder.co.uk to request a leaflet and price list and payment may be made by order form and cheque, your items will be despatched promptly once payment has cleared. Payment is in pounds Sterling. (Overseas customers please note that your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency automatically, as the card is processed.)
Tax Charges
The company is not VAT registered, so this means that we do not charge VAT.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your right to cancel an order If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the item you purchase you may cancel up to the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods.
You must notify us in writing that you wish to return the goods for a refund.
The goods must be returned in unused condition and where applicable in the wrapping supplied.
A refund for the value of the item only will be issued upon return of the item. Cost of return postage will be your responsibilty.
